A 3 Day Riding Camp July 25, 26, 27, 2023 9:00am – 4:30pm
The camp is for all levels of riders and for would-be riders. Campers will be given specific instruction about the knowledge and skills taught by the United States Pony Club, Inc. to learn about horses and English riding. The camp will run from 9:00am to 4:30pm (lunch and snacks provided). All campers will need: a well fitting ASTM approved helmet; shoes with heels or boots; comfortable riding pants; sneakers; a light jacket; a water bottle; dark glasses; sunscreen; a back-pack or gym bag to keep their things in. When we receive your application you will be sent a tentative camp schedule, a liability release and a medical release.
School horses are available on a first come, first served basis.
Liz Tukey will be our head instructor. Liz brings a wealth of knowledge to all her students. She is a USEA/ECP certified instructor, USPC Graduate B, USPC National Examiner. We are so excited to bring Liz back to the Southwest Region.
Each day campers will have mounted lessons in the morning, Horse Management at Lunch, followed by afternoon sessions on different Equestrian sports. Pony Club Member $450 Non-Member $525 Space is limited
